This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +1 more state.
⢠Implement AbbVieās brand strategy and initiatives in the field.
⢠Achieve sales results, brand KPIs, financial goals, and marketing targets.
⢠Develop pre-call strategies using SMART objectives and perform post-call assessments.
⢠Address objections and secure calls to action to finalize sales interactions.
⢠Attend to customer requirements and foster dependable customer relationships.
⢠Create and execute call plans to meet call metrics and enhance customer coverage and frequency.
⢠Acquire knowledge of customer needs, territory dynamics, competitors, market segments, accounts, diseases, products, clinical information, and sales expertise.
⢠Disseminate market intelligence with in-field, brand, and sales management teams.
⢠Distinguish AbbVieās value proposition to healthcare providers.
⢠Identify, cultivate, and sustain disease-state experts, speakers, and advocates.
⢠Collaborate with district colleagues, matrix teams, sales management, marketing, training, customer excellence, and brand-plan stakeholders.
⢠Operate in compliance with AbbVieās business code of conduct, policies, and relevant laws and regulations.
⢠Travel approximately 50% of the time.
⢠Bachelorās degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field preferred, or equivalent relevant industry experience required.
⢠If lacking a bachelorās degree, at least five years of related and equivalent industry experience, including a preference for three or more years within the pharmaceutical, health, or science sectors.
⢠High school diploma/GED is required.
⢠Demonstrated history of sales achievement.
⢠Strong presentation skills.
⢠Capability to adapt selling techniques to various customer styles and behaviors.
⢠Proficiency in developing innovative solutions and maximizing business opportunities.
⢠Ability to influence others and serve as a credible peer resource.
⢠Skills for collaborative partnerships in district and matrix teams.
⢠Documented leadership and support achievements at district, regional, or organizational levels.
⢠Understanding of insights to formulate sales strategies.
⢠Preferred pharmaceutical commercial experience, including physician/account-based selling, training, managed healthcare, or marketing.
⢠Proficient in the English language, both spoken and written.
⢠Must meet applicable HCIR credentialing requirements and maintain good standing or be eligible to obtain credentials.
⢠Expertise in scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive domains.
⢠Strong business acumen and adeptness with business tools.
⢠Capable of strategic and critical thinking.
⢠Ability to function effectively within a matrix environment.
⢠Capacity to operate a personal vehicle, company car/truck, or powered material-handling equipment.
⢠Valid driverās license required.
⢠Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and adhere to safe driving standards.
