This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +1 more state.
• Implement brand strategy and initiatives in the field.
• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial goals, and marketing targets.
• Prepare pre-call strategies using SMART objectives and perform post-call assessments.
• Address objections and secure calls to action to finalize sales discussions.
• Fulfill customer needs and establish trustworthy customer relationships.
• Design and execute calling strategies to enhance customer outreach and sales potential.
• Acquire knowledge of customer requirements, territory dynamics, competitors, market segments, accounts, medical conditions, products, clinical information, and sales.
• Disseminate market intelligence to field, brand, and sales management teams.
• Highlight AbbVie’s value proposition to designated healthcare providers.
• Identify, cultivate, and sustain disease-state experts and speakers/advocates.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, field teams, sales management, marketing, training, customer excellence, and brand stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of five years of relevant and comparable industry experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree, including a preference for three or more years within the pharmaceutical, health, or science sectors.
• High school diploma/GED is required.
• Demonstrated success in sales along with strong presentation capabilities.
• Ability to adjust selling techniques according to customer style and behavior.
• Capacity to devise innovative solutions and optimize business opportunities.
• Experience in leadership and peer coaching.
• Proven track record in leadership or support positions with increased responsibility.
• Preferred experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles, including physician/account-based selling, training, managed healthcare, or marketing.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to meet applicable HCIR credentialing standards and qualify for necessary credentials.
• Knowledge of scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive aspects.
• Strong business insight and adeptness with business tools.
• Strategic and critical thinking abilities.
• Capability to function effectively in a matrix environment.
• Willingness to operate a personal or company vehicle.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and adhere to safe-driving criteria.
