Specialty Equipment Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Manual clearing of vegetation from designated work sites.

• Safely operating a variety of forestry machinery, including woodchippers, hydraulic tools, and chainsaws.

• Conducting line clearance, pruning, and removal tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid CDL is required.

• Experience with Jarraff equipment is essential, with a minimum of 5 years preferred.

• Ability to work 45 hours per week is necessary.

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent qualification.

• A current and valid driver's license along with reliable transportation is mandatory.

• Must be capable of working outdoors in diverse weather conditions.

• Physical ability to meet the job's demands (e.g., walking on uneven terrain, lifting 75 lbs.) is required.

• Willingness to work at heights of up to 75 feet is essential.

• Must be open to learning how to operate a bucket truck and equipment safely.

• Willingness to obtain a CDL A or B license is required.

• Candidates must be ready to acquire and maintain necessary licenses and certifications as required for career advancement.

• Successful completion of a post-offer physical, drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle check is required.
