Specialty Dental Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive Recruitment Cycle: Identify, assess, and present outstanding candidates to fulfill client requirements.

• Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Leverage ATS, sourcing platforms, boolean search techniques, Google X-ray, referrals, your LinkedIn network, and other inventive methods.

• Focus on Healthcare & Dental Talent: Emphasize the recruitment of dentists, nurses, allied health professionals, and clinical specialists.

• Candidate Relationship Management: Create talent pipelines, foster relationships, and ensure transparent communication.

• Client Partnership (as necessary): Collaborate with internal and external partners to clarify talent requirements and provide consultation.

• KPI Oversight: Monitor weekly metrics and contribute to a performance-driven culture focused on achieving goals.

• Data Reporting: Deliver weekly updates and insights derived from sourcing and placement metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 3 years of full-cycle agency recruiting experience in dental or clinical healthcare settings (preference for commission-based recruiting).

• More than 2 years of experience recruiting dentists or clinical healthcare professionals (specialized recruiting experience preferred).

• Demonstrated history of recruiting dentists, nurses, allied and clinical healthcare professionals.

• Proven capability to source and communicate with over 100 candidates per day.

• Expertise in the techniques of Boolean and Google X-ray searches.

• Established track record of meeting KPIs: 8-12 screens per week, 4-7 submissions per week.

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.).

• Comfortable working in virtual environments with cameras on.

• Strong communicator with high energy and a proactive approach.

• Ability to utilize social media and professional networks effectively for sourcing and candidate engagement.
