This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• The Specialty Account Manager is tasked with representing TerSera products in hospital settings and Oncology clinics.
• Responsible for effectively delivering clinical information and capturing the interest of healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Assist with the implementation of national and regional accounts within their designated geography as required.
• Cultivate and sustain a thorough understanding of the product offerings and associated disease areas.
• Exhibit the capability to analyze, interpret, and communicate clinical data to customers.
• Advocate for Company products within approved labeling while maintaining a comprehensive, fair, and ethical approach.
• Formulate a detailed and effective territory strategy designed to meet sales objectives.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder clinical customers efficiently and effectively.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen, sound judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Report territory activities accurately and promptly as instructed by management.
• Optimize the use of approved resources appropriately to achieve both regional and account-level objectives.
• BS/BA required (MBA preferred).
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, with a preference for Business or Science disciplines.
• A graduate degree related to business or healthcare is preferred.
• 5-10 years of sales/account management experience in the relevant field is essential.
• Experience working with institutions and integrated delivery networks is required.
• A solid understanding of both payer and formulary processes, with the ability to navigate both to effectively secure patient access for assigned products.
• Experience in a collaborative team environment that successfully engages with all Commercial Operations functions.
• Candidates should be willing to travel up to 60% of their work time as necessary.
• Candidates must reside within a one-hour drive of a commercial airport.
• Candidates must possess a valid driver's license issued in one of the fifty states, with a clean motor vehicle record.
