Specialized Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to grasp job requirements and align sourcing initiatives with organizational objectives.

• Review and publish job advertisements on specialized job boards.

• Review and process applications across various platforms promptly.

• Utilize online platforms, social media, networking, mobile campaigns, email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing, and other sourcing methods to identify and attract specialized candidates.

• Build and sustain talent communities to meet current and future hiring needs.

• Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and various communication channels.

• Conduct and present market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

• Review resumes and pre-screen candidates before presenting them to hiring teams.

• Share market insights and candidate information with business hiring groups, advising on sourcing and hiring strategies.

• Promote the employer brand and career advancement opportunities to prospective candidates.

• Maintain precise records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities using ATS and other tools.

• Stay updated with sourcing tools, techniques, and industry best practices.

• Foster diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds and underrepresented groups.

• Identify areas for process improvement and propose enhancements to recruitment efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of sourcing experience supporting the US market.

• Experience in sourcing for pharmaceutical sales, research & development (R&D), or life sciences is preferred.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage.

• High School diploma is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.

• Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training is necessary.

• Three years of experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.

• A deep understanding of and solid sourcing experience in specific industries or markets is necessary.

• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques, including X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Strong research and market analysis abilities.

• Capability to manage candidate data accurately, confidentially, and in compliance with data protection regulations.

• Ability to efficiently handle multiple sourcing tasks and priorities, meet deadlines, and manage niche recruitment needs.

• Creative approach to addressing sourcing challenges.

• Commitment to continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies.
