• Responsible for comprehensive cleared, full life-cycle recruiting (experience in recruiting TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly candidates is essential).

• Focused on identifying, contacting, and building a pipeline of cleared IT candidates.

• Crafting job postings.

• Delivering unforgettable candidate experiences.

• Attracting top talent.

• Upholding impeccable client service.

• Collaborating with hiring managers to identify, manage, and fill current, contingent, and upcoming roles.

• Coordinating with technical SMEs, Hiring Managers, and Human Resources for interview and hiring processes.

• Identifying passive candidates and managing strategies that align with strategic business needs and objectives.

• Gain insights into Business Development, RFPs, Account Management, client interactions, and how to succeed in the consulting industry.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in recruiting candidates with TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearances for the Northern Virginia Intel Customer (and other IC partners).

• Bachelor's degree.
