Specialist, Strategic Sourcing – Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Offer assistance to clients of Product Development Services and internal stakeholders concerning the enhancement of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies.

• Accountable for implementing supplier and operational enhancements; steering and executing strategic initiatives.

• Provide guidance, instruction, and follow-up to operations teams regarding RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes.

• Generate and monitor Sourcing Requests for contract renewals, extensions, and new services.

• Serve as a liaison among Shared Services, Corporate Legal, and Risk Management to ensure adherence to all contractual terms and conditions, including standard or alternative contract modifications.

• Support the Sourcing Leader with task prioritization, timely completion of deliverables, and resolution of issues involving Operations teams.

• Deliver analysis and compliance reports to the Sourcing Lead, highlighting risks and proposed actions as necessary.

• 2-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Effective organizational skills.

• Solid analytical capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while providing support to teams in a decentralized setting.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
