This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Specialist is tasked with enhancing, supporting, and maintaining organizational capacity in population health through the creation of impactful educational materials and learning resources.
• Conducting employee orientation sessions.
• Overseeing the centralized team intake process.
• Managing follow-ups for various requests.
• Supervising comprehensive team communications throughout the year.
• Drafting, coordinating contributions, managing content, and distributing communications.
• Acting as a primary contact for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
• Assisting with the annual ERG impACT project.
• Providing ongoing support to ERG leadership.
• Implementing core concepts of population health, evidence-based practices, and health literacy in daily tasks and assignments.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or a related field is necessary.
• Relevant certifications (such as Certified Health Education Specialist [CHES], Certification in Public Health [CPH], or Certified Health and Wellness Coach) are highly preferred.
• Experience in presenting and facilitating trainings, workshops, or educational sessions.
• Exceptional graphic design skills for creating visually appealing presentations and decks.
• Strong writing and composition abilities.
• A high degree of cultural competency and the capability to promote inclusive environments among diverse groups.
• Experience in project management, including overseeing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.
• Highly organized and proactive in clarifying priorities and overcoming obstacles to advance tasks.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data, spotting trends, and translating findings into actionable insights.
• Ability to utilize AI-powered tools to enhance content creation for educational and communication purposes.
• Capability to locate, interpret, and apply peer-reviewed literature to inform content development and recommendations.
• Experience utilizing data or evidence to guide strategy.
