Specialist Lawyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver legal counsel and consultancy across various domains, including civil, labor (employment), and corporate law, to meet the specific requirements of clients. Serve as a conflict resolution expert to ensure clear and effective outcomes by identifying and applying alternatives for problem resolution, preventing the escalation of adverse situations and maintaining the integrity of business relationships.

• Provide comprehensive and robust legal support in general practice and debt recovery, engaging on multiple fronts — from contract review and drafting to representing clients in judicial and administrative proceedings — with an emphasis on risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.

• Offer legal advice and guide critical decision-making based on specialized knowledge, while developing efficient, customized solutions that uphold commercial relationships and achieve successful outcomes, focusing on legal strategies that enhance client value and yield positive results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Law degree (Bachelor of Laws) with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

• Postgraduate degree or specialization in areas such as Corporate Law, Contract Law, or Civil Law. Additional qualifications in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, or Labor Law are advantageous.

• A minimum of 6 months' experience in general practice and debt recovery, with expertise in Civil Law, Contract Law, Corporate Law, Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, and Labor Law, along with proven experience in handling complex civil, labor, and administrative cases.

• Proficient understanding of substantive and procedural civil law, legal research, drafting and preparing pleadings and procedural documents, case management, negotiation skills, and adherence to professional ethics.
