Corporate Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Prepare, assess, and negotiate a range of technology and commercial contracts, such as SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, reseller and partnership agreements, NDAs, and various commercial agreements.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams across Sales, Product, Compliance, IT, Finance, Marketing, and executive leadership.

• Assist with the legal dimensions of product and service development, launches, and go-to-market strategies.

• Play a role in enhancing and refining legal processes, templates, and operational workflows.

• Provide support for privacy and regulatory compliance issues, including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and related frameworks.

• Aid in ongoing compliance efforts associated with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certifications.

• Identify legal and operational risks while offering practical, business-oriented counsel.

• Keep updated on evolving legal trends affecting SaaS, technology, AI, privacy, and international business activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree with strong academic qualifications.

• Licensed attorney with active membership in a recognized bar association.

• Over 8 years of legal expertise in the technology sector, either in-house or at a law firm.

• Robust experience in managing technology transactions, SaaS agreements, licensing, and commercial contracts.

• Familiarity with software products, cloud services, and technology business models.

• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Capability to prioritize multiple tasks and function effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with distributed global teams.

• Technologically savvy with an interest in responsibly and effectively utilizing AI-enabled legal and productivity tools.

• Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
