This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Offer legal advice and guidance across various domains, including civil law and the recovery of commercial and agricultural debts.
• Execute specialized asset investigations and implement procedural strategies for debt recovery.
• Utilize judicial systems, asset seizure, enforcement actions, unconventional legal measures, and initiate proceedings to pierce the corporate veil.
• Support legal matters in general practice and debt recovery.
• Analyze and draft contracts effectively.
• Represent clients in both judicial and administrative settings.
• Mitigate risks while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Provide guidance for critical decisions utilizing technical expertise.
• Create efficient and tailored legal solutions.
• Oversee and manage portfolios of judicial and administrative cases in collaboration with clients.
• Assist in the review and development of pleadings and legal documents.
• Prepare procedural and contingency reports within the firm’s system.
• Draft and implement highly intricate legal instruments.
• Evaluate risks, perform legal diagnostics, and suggest legal alternatives.
• Organize legal activities related to civil, criminal, social security, and corporate legislation, focusing on contracts, intellectual property, and preventive legal practice.
• Conduct legal and doctrinal studies and provide informed opinions.
• Bachelor's degree in Law and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
• Postgraduate degree or specialization in fields like Business Law, Contract Law, or Civil Law.
• Additional postgraduate qualifications in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, and Labor Law are advantageous.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in general practice and debt recovery.
• Expertise in Civil, Contract, Business, and Civil Procedural Law, along with Labor Procedure and Labor Law.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex civil, labor, and administrative cases.
• Strong knowledge of civil and procedural law.
• Proficient legal research skills.
• Skills in drafting pleadings and legal documents.
• Competence in deadline and case management.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Commitment to professional ethics.
