Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive legal representation in areas such as foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and other related fields.

• Advocate for clients in court proceedings involving foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and similar matters.

• Prepare and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and correspondence.

• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.

• Provide legal oversight while collaborating with support staff.

• Offer responsive, client-centered legal services in a high-volume environment.

• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and a proficient operational team under the supervision of a managing attorney.

• Local travel for court-related engagements is required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice in Kentucky (mandatory).

• 2-5+ years of relevant experience; all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Exceptional legal writing, communication, and analytical abilities.

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.

• Preference for candidates with multi-state licensure, particularly in Indiana/Ohio.

• Must have licensure to practice in Bankruptcy court.

• Experience in litigation, bankruptcy, or collections is desirable.

• Capability to sit or stand for extended durations.

• Ability to maintain focus for prolonged periods.

• Proficient in working on computers for a significant part of the day.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks as necessary, including typing, clicking, and swiveling.

• Strong multitasking skills.
