Legal Analyst – Pleadings

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Prepare legal pleadings

• Submit proof of payment to court records

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a law student or a graduate with a Bachelor of Laws without an active bar license (Required)

• Knowledge of court systems including PJe, e-SAJ, and eproc

• Experience in managing administrative and operational tasks involving large volumes of information

• Background in filing pleadings with courts and tribunals

• Proven experience in drafting legal documents

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (filters, tables, and basic formulas)

• A proactive mindset for suggesting enhancements and correcting data

• Excellent communication abilities

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy in information review

• Organizational and information management capabilities

• Analytical skills to detect inconsistencies or conflicting information
