Special Projects Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and lead strategic projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO from inception to completion.

• Ensure that projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and to a high standard, regardless of the topic.

• Serve as the primary contact for both internal and external communications related to projects.

• Keep stakeholders in sync without necessitating the CEO's direct involvement in every interaction.

• Provide the CEO with research, data, and analyses to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Prepare briefings and presentations.

• Drive decision-making, coordinate communications, and transform strategic challenges into actionable outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in South Africa.

• Over 5 years of experience in project management or a similar role that emphasizes execution.

• Outstanding references.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline, or a valid explanation for not completing one.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail.

• Capable of critical thinking and analysis.

• Comfortable conducting research and collecting data to aid in decision-making.

• Proactive communicator, adept at serving as a central point of contact among internal and external stakeholders.

• Trusted with sensitive information pertaining to the CEO's office and high-stakes projects.

• Experience in the cyber security industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
