📋 Description

• Take ownership of weekly business reviews for the forward-deployed team, delivering insights on OKRs including revenue and pilot-to-conversion metrics.

• Create an AI-driven "second brain" to consolidate team knowledge.

• Set documentation standards and promote accountability among subject-matter experts.

• Design and implement internal tools and processes to facilitate scaling.

• Assist in scaling the hiring process through optimization of the funnel and organizing events.

• Manage cross-functional initiatives across product, go-to-market, and operations, encompassing deployment pattern synthesis, verticalization, and AI Agent product SKUs.

• Foster key initiatives from concept to proof-of-concept, including verticalization and the Agent Academy for clients.

• Enhance the Cresta AI Agent and deployment brand through content and thought leadership, such as blog posts, team highlights, and deployment case studies.

• No playbook necessary — you identify solutions and take action.

• Equally proficient in crafting strategy and building automations.

• Strong operational experience: developed playbooks, pipelines, automations, and scaled operational processes.

• 4–8 years of experience in a fast-paced environment; a blend of builder/operator and strategic roles in business operations, strategy & operations, chief of staff, product strategy/operations, or similar operator positions at a rapidly growing tech company.

• Excellent communication skills, tailored to diverse audience levels.

• Background in a startup or high-growth setting.

• Experience with AI or Agent development.
