Special Education Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver designated course material in an online setting

• Offer instruction, assistance, and mentorship

• Oversee the educational process with an emphasis on individual student needs

• Collaborate with students and parents to enhance each learner’s progress

• Ensure adherence to documentation requirements for students with special needs

• Create compliant Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and progress reports

• Provide necessary accommodations and modifications for students with disabilities

• Bachelor's degree

• Valid state teaching license

• Capability to pass mandatory background checks

• Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow educators

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
