This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Provide specialized instruction tailored for students with unique needs.
• Oversee instructional programs and assist in the IEP process virtually.
• Collaborate closely with educators and professionals in special education.
• Track student advancement and hold parent conferences.
• Deliver direct services to students using web-conferencing tools.
• Engage in the school’s Student Support Team activities.
• Aid in organizing and executing IEP documentation and testing accommodations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related educational field.
• Valid PK-12 Special Education certification from Tennessee.
• Successful background checks or clearances are mandatory.
• Experience with policy (IDEA) and/or management within Special Education.
• Proficient in technology, particularly with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly organized and punctual in task execution.
• Strong customer-focused mindset.
• High level of adaptability and flexibility.
• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• History of being a supportive team player.
• Willingness to travel for marketing, state assessments, and other school-related events (may involve occasional overnight trips).
• Capability to work effectively in a remote setting.
