• Conduct research on potential Tier 1 publishers and create succinct briefing materials for the EVP prior to all external calls.
• Facilitate intricate scheduling between executive leadership and stakeholders from the Comscore Top 250.
• Oversee and implement post-meeting communications, ensuring that no deals are delayed due to administrative issues.
• Work in conjunction with the Marketing and Product teams to customize pitch decks and collateral for specific accounts.
• Keep detailed records in the CRM, monitoring the progression of executive-led deals throughout the pipeline.
• Over 3 years of experience in sales support, account management, or a senior administrative position.
• At least 1 year of experience in CRM management, preferably with Hubspot.
• You are a "finisher" who takes pride in the details and excels at enhancing the effectiveness of others.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; capable of crafting emails that reflect the EVP’s voice.
• Comfortable handling competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
