📋 Description

• Edit and assess machine-translated customer service content, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and uniformity.

• Assess the quality of machine translation output and apply severity ratings as necessary, adhering to project guidelines.

• Generate high-quality human translations to serve as reference data for model training and quality assessment.

• Adhere to provided style guides, tone specifications, and terminology requirements.

• Identify and communicate recurring issues related to machine translation quality and trends at the batch level.

• Native fluency in Spanish (United States) along with proficient English skills.

• Experience in translation, localization, or post-editing of machine translation.

• Knowledge of machine translation quality evaluation and error detection.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
