
Spanish-Speaking Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Conduct cold calls to property owners throughout Spain
• Manage both inbound and outbound lead communications
• Assess leads and keep CRM entries up to date in Pipedrive
• Attempt multiple contacts before designating leads as unreachable
• Engage in performance evaluations and track key performance indicators
• Offer suggestions for enhancing lead generation and improving processes
• Proficient Spanish (C2) speaker with strong English skills
• Background in cold calling, sales development, or lead generation
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online collaboration platforms
• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities
• Well-organized, self-driven, and focused on achieving goals
• €15/hour plus performance-based bonuses
