Spanish-Speaking Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers. Initiate and manage interactions with prospective clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms.

• Generate opportunities. Identify and connect with potential buyers to arrange qualified meetings for the sales team.

• Conduct cold outreach. Execute cold calls and emails to introduce the company and generate initial interest.

• Utilize social selling. Prospect and manage outreach sequences on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

• Build relationships. Establish and nurture connections with prospects through ongoing communication.

• Enhance processes. Collaborate with the Head of Sales, Vince, to refine communication strategies and create innovative approaches to engage potential customers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record. Some experience in sales, generating new business opportunities through direct outreach (e.g., calls, emails, LinkedIn).

• Communication skills. Strong verbal and written abilities, with the confidence to guide conversations effectively.

• Confidence. Comfortable in approaching new prospects and starting discussions with decision-makers.

• Active listening. Capable of quickly grasping business needs and responding thoughtfully.

• Outbound expertise. Well-versed in cold calling, cold emailing, and sequencing.

• Mentality. A hunter personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Resilience. Manages rejection constructively and maintains forward momentum.

• Persistence. Consistently follows up to keep conversations progressing.

• Problem-solving skills. Able to adjust messaging and communication style based on the prospect and situation.

• Self-management. Excellent time management and personal organization skills in a remote setting.

• Language proficiency. C2 in English, C2 in Spanish or Italian. French is an added advantage.

• Technical skills. Familiarity with CRM systems, with experience in HubSpot considered a plus.

• Educational background. A Bachelor’s degree is beneficial, but strong practical experience can compensate for its absence.
