Spanish Speaking Customer Experience Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Support Spanish-speaking clients with order tracking, product queries, billing inquiries, and account management.

• Investigate customer issues and manage returns or refunds.

• Provide effective first-contact resolution with a professional and empathetic approach.

• Assist users in navigating the platform, adjusting app settings, and performing basic product troubleshooting.

• Maintain a friendly, helpful, and high-quality communication style that aligns with international brand standards.

• Record customer interactions, resolution procedures, and service tickets using enterprise support software.

• Represent prominent international brands while assisting Spanish consumers through live chat, email, and phone.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or C2-level proficiency in Spanish.

• Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1).

• EU Passport or a valid work permit for Greece is required.

• Residence permits from other EU countries are not acceptable for employment in Greece.

• A quiet, private workspace is necessary.

• A reliable high-speed internet connection is essential.
