Spanish Mobilization Coach – Latin America Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Overseeing XPLORE training sessions, 10-week disciple-making programs, and 9-month groups.

• Demonstrating evangelism, mobilization, and discipleship methodologies through the MAWL (Model, Assist, Watch, Launch) framework.

• Adapting and creating Spanish-language missions and mobilization materials.

• Mentoring and supporting Latino national leaders (both pastors and lay mobilizers) in setting goals, strategizing, navigating the sending process, and utilizing mobilization resources.

• Educating national believers in disciple-making and church planting practices.

• Cultivating national leaders in character development, vision, and leadership skills.

• Networking and partnership development: establishing trusted relationships with influential pastors in the U.S. on both personal and ministry levels, negotiating and managing partnership agreements, and ensuring alignment of partner organizations with Launch Global's mission and core values.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Must share the vision to Discover (envisionar), Develop (entrenar), and Deploy (enviar) Spanish-speaking believers to the 10/40 Window.

• Has either completed or is committed to completing the necessary training pipeline: XPLORE, 10-week training, 9-month training, and Mob Bootcamp.

• Experience in cross-cultural ministry (either U.S.-based or international).

• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.

• Participation in the monthly Day of Prayer and Evaluation (DOPE) is required.

• Must understand, affirm, and adhere to Launch Global’s Statement of Faith.
