• Deliver precise consecutive interpretation services via phone and video between English and Spanish in medical, social services, customer service, and financial contexts.
• Enable effective communication between healthcare providers and patients to ensure proper understanding and care.
• Proficiency in interpreting for medical, customer service, social services, and financial calls.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Mandatory remote interpretation experience in both languages.
• Strong communication and listening abilities.
• Relevant certification in medical interpretation or a similar field.
• Compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Direct Ethernet connection (a cable connection to the router is required); Wi-Fi is not permitted.
• Noise-canceling microphone and USB headset (specific brands accepted).
• Browser requirements: Latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox.
• Processor specification: i5 or better, 6th generation or newer.
• Camera must have a minimum resolution of 1080p.
• Full-time commitment, 5 days a week (2 days off).
• Compensation for every available hour (you are paid whether on a call or not).
