This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Evaluate candidates' language skills, focusing on vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, fluency, and written communication capabilities.
• Offer constructive feedback to candidates regarding their language abilities in both Spanish and English.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend their specific language requirements for various roles.
• Source and recruit candidates for positions such as Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative and Outbound Sales Representative.
• Ensure the timely hiring of 25 Spanish Bilingual CSRs or Outbound Sales Representatives each week.
• Maintain precise and current records of candidate assessments and interviews conducted.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and other team members to enhance the recruitment process.
• Native Spanish speaker with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting interviews or language assessments, ideally within a bilingual setting.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish and English language proficiency levels and assessment criteria.
• Capability to provide comprehensive feedback and suggestions for improvement in both verbal and written forms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with candidates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in remote interview platforms being an advantage.
