Spanish Bilingual, Property Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for tenants who speak English and Spanish through phone, email, and text communications.

• Address tenant inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Keep precise records of tenants and properties.

• Update details in the property management software.

• Initialize new properties in the property management system.

• Ensure that all property information is thorough and accurate.

• Monitor lease expiration dates.

• Manage lease renewals effectively.

• Receive maintenance requests from tenants.

• Collaborate with vendors and contractors.

• Assist in preparing for tenant move-ins.

• Oversee the onboarding documentation for tenants.

• Prepare communications for move-out processes.

• Help uphold compliance with lease procedures.

• Monitor and track rent payments.

• Aid in following up on rent collection.

• Schedule vendors for maintenance and repair tasks.

• Assist in the creation and scheduling of marketing content.

• Share updates on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media.

• Provide support for marketing initiatives as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).

• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in one of the following areas: Virtual Assistance, Customer Service, or Property Management.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently.

• A reliable computer setup with dual monitors is preferred.

• Consistent high-speed internet connection is necessary.
