Southeast Regional Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Further enhance Balchem's Plant Nutrition division within the Southeast region.

• Expand the current customer base in the Southeast and identify additional distribution opportunities.

• Build and sustain industry connections that contribute to sales growth.

• Actively endorse Balchem's TEAM tissue analysis tool.

• Create technical presentations focused on plant nutrition.

• Cultivate relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Collect data on agribusiness trends and competitive insights.

• Provide recommendations for opportunities to optimize sales.

• Achieve established sales targets and revenue objectives.

• Offer technical support in product sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural/Plant Science or a related discipline.

• At least 15 years of experience in the sales of plant nutrition and biological agricultural products.

• Proven experience in managing a sales team.

• Strong agronomy background.

• Exceptional communication skills are essential.

• Dynamic personality, self-motivated, and focused on action and goals.
