Sourcing Transition Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide analytical support and operational oversight to Transition Leads across various client accounts.

• Perform thorough data analysis to assist Transition Leads in tracking project progress, spotting trends, and making informed decisions throughout transition implementations.

• Create and sustain advanced reporting capabilities by extracting multiple daily reports from different systems to populate detailed transition dashboards.

• Oversee vendor compliance activities and manage supplier registration processes across several client accounts.

• Aid in the development and upkeep of the Vendor Tracking Document as the primary repository for transition data and progress monitoring.

• Handle escalations and coordinate the resolution of intricate analytical or compliance issues that occur during transition processes.

• Assist in managing email correspondence between JLL and vendor partners, offering analytical context and suggestions for Transition Lead decision-making.

• Collaborate effectively with Transition Leads, sourcing teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure that analytical support is aligned with transition objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with strong inter-personal abilities to manage stakeholder relationships.

• Advanced expertise in MS Office applications, especially in Excel functions including complex formulas, macros, and data modeling.

• Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet.

• Extensive working knowledge of JLL Sourcing & Procurement technologies: Aravo, Jaggaer, Corrigo, E1, Avetta, and ISN.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and recognize trends.

• Proven track record in managing multiple projects with varying timelines while directing and coordinating team activities.

• Advanced organizational skills with demonstrated proficiency in prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.

• Leadership skills to guide and direct coordinators without formal reporting relationships.

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university, with experience in procurement, analytics, or project coordination roles preferred.
