Sourcing Specialist – Recruitment

📋 Description

• Actively identify and connect with candidates using Workable and various sourcing platforms, implementing focused search strategies for current and future hiring requirements.

• Execute initial outreach, pre-screening discussions, and resume evaluations to determine candidate suitability, interest, and alignment with qualifications for AU/NZ mortgage support positions.

• Keep precise and well-organized candidate profiles and pipelines within the ATS.

• Gather and manage candidate requirements, including introduction videos and additional supporting documents.

• Organize and monitor the completion of typing assessments to guarantee timely processing.

• Work closely with recruiters to ensure a seamless progression of candidates through the initial stages of the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally within an outsourcing or offshore staffing context.

• Required experience with positions such as Credit Analyst, Loan Processor, Mortgage Broker Assistant, or Parabroker in the Australian mortgage sector.

• Strong comprehension of AU/NZ mortgage procedures and financial services workflows.

• Practical experience utilizing ATS tools (preferably Workable).

• Demonstrated capability to source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in candidate outreach, engagement, and screening.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple sourcing pipelines and tasks concurrently.

• Basic understanding of typing assessments and candidate evaluation techniques.

• Proficient in accurately reviewing resumes and evaluating candidate suitability against role specifications.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
