Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement sourcing strategies for **Professional Services categories** (consulting, IT services, legal, staffing, BPO)

• Oversee the **complete sourcing lifecycle** from gathering requirements to executing contracts

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to **comprehend requirements and establish sourcing strategies**

• Perform **market research and supplier assessments** to identify qualified vendors and collect intelligence

• Create and distribute **RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ)** through sourcing platforms

• Facilitate **supplier identification, selection, and evaluation**, including scorecarding and due diligence

• Review and document **supplier submissions** to ensure they meet requirements comprehensively

• Conduct **commercial negotiations** (pricing, terms, service levels) to enhance cost efficiency and reduce risk

• Oversee the **contracting process (MSA/SOW)** in collaboration with legal, business, and suppliers

• Coordinate **finalization and execution of contracts** ensuring compliance and alignment with governance

• Maintain and oversee **project plans / trackers** for all sourcing initiatives

• Ensure timely **execution of sourcing activities, NDA management, and contracting milestones**

• Work with stakeholders to **arrange meetings, supplier presentations, and evaluation sessions**

• Provide regular **status updates and reports** to stakeholders regarding sourcing progress

• Ensure compliance with **procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements**

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline**

• MBA or relevant procurement certification (**preferred but not essential**)

• Strong proficiency in **Strategic Sourcing and Professional Services procurement**

• Experience in **RFx execution, supplier evaluation, and negotiation processes**

• Comprehensive understanding of **MSA/SOW contracting and commercial models**

• Excellent **stakeholder management and communication abilities**

• Capability to manage multiple sourcing projects with **organized planning and tracking**

• Strong analytical skills for **assessing suppliers and making informed decisions**
