Sourcing Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Engage in negotiations with dedicated providers based on specific policies.

• Attain optimal contractual agreements while ensuring satisfaction among internal customers.

• Analyze internal and external business challenges and propose best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.

• Leverage industry trends to guide decision-making.

• Establish supplier strategies, which include the management and optimization of supplier panels.

• Direct negotiations and allocate needs to designated suppliers.

• Negotiate terms and conditions and relay information to the Procurement team.

• Oversee claims management.

• Conduct commercial sourcing management, which includes data analysis and negotiation support.

• Potentially undertake purchasing activities.

• Manage medium to large teams, including both direct and second-line reports.

• Lead functional teams or projects that require moderate to high levels of resources, risk, and/or complexity.

• Present business solutions to leaders in functional areas.

• Influence peers and negotiate both internally and with external partners, vendors, or customers.

• Impact budgets, policies, and operational guidelines.

• Guide others in discovering innovative solutions to complex challenges.

• Assess the quality of information and question any conflicting data.

• Utilize internal and external resources across functions to aid in decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Sourcing Management at a senior level.

• Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED in relevant Group(s)/Function(s).

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

• Proven ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.

• Demonstrated experience in leading programs/projects.

• Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Established skills in project management.

• Proficiency in English is crucial.

• Experience in the Aerospace sector is regarded as advantageous.
