Sourcer / Talent Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Conducting profile assessments in collaboration with the selection team

• Developing search strategies and sourcing plans

• Actively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn hunting, job portals, and databases

• Identifying and reaching out to passive candidates

• Utilizing boolean searches and advanced filters

• Creating and maintaining pipelines of qualified candidates

• Performing initial screenings (via phone or virtually) of candidates

• Recording and updating information in databases / ATS

⛳️ Requirements

• Higher education qualifications

• Preferred (but not mandatory): Knowledge of English and/or Portuguese

• Experience in sourcing IT and/or industrial profiles

• Experience in recruitment for the oil industry

• Advanced proficiency in the Office suite
