📋 Description

• Identify, engage, and activate passive candidates utilizing Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other innovative search methods.

• Develop various strategies for building talent pipelines and implement tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.

• Evaluate resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Consistently monitor pipeline activity to provide updates to internal stakeholders.

• Suggest and implement enhancements that positively influence local pipeline areas.

• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to fully comprehend the role's requirements, its function, and its integration within the organization.

• Partner with coordinators and recruiters to maintain an effective operational model.

• Represent the company's vision: Creating a safer, more sustainable, and productive world.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of sourcing experience within a search firm or an in-house recruiting team.

• Proficient in collaborating with and developing sourcing strategies alongside hiring managers.

• Background in research and sourcing, with a focus on innovative search strategies.

• Experience in approaching candidates effectively.

• Ability to partner with recruiters and hiring partners across various locations.

• Comprehensive experience in full cycle recruiting across multiple consulting, technology, and product disciplines.
