This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with recruiters and finance hiring managers to establish the essential requirements, target organizations, and candidate profiles for each role.

• Identify passive candidates in Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Corporate Finance through LinkedIn Recruiter, alumni networks, and professional associations.

• Develop target-company maps that include Big Four and mid-tier public accounting firms, peer organizations, and significant industry players.

• Craft personalized, multi-step outreach campaigns via email, InMail, and phone, adjusting messaging based on response rates.

• Conduct initial screenings to verify credentials (CPA, CFA, CMA), technical abilities, compensation expectations, and interest levels.

• Monitor sourcing metrics and provide market insights, such as compensation trends, talent availability, and competitor activities, to recruiters and leadership.

• Create ongoing pipelines for high-volume and challenging finance positions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with at least 1 year dedicated to finance and accounting positions (either agency or in-house).

• Familiarity with finance functions and titles, understanding the differences in role scope from staff to director level.

• Excellent writing skills for cold outreach, with a proven history of achieving strong response rates.

• Ability to manage multiple open searches simultaneously while prioritizing based on business needs.
