Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee talent pipelines by comprehending hiring requirements, position details, and search criteria.

• Handle correspondence, initiate cold calls, conduct screenings, and assist in candidate hiring processes.

• Collaborate with recruiters to formulate sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn, Indeed, Google Jobs, job boards, social media, and direct sourcing avenues.

• Engage both active and passive candidates regarding potential job opportunities.

• Provide insights on competitors, market conditions, and candidate evaluations.

• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

• Design and execute processes to enhance sourcing efficiency.

• Ensure that the employer brand and company culture are represented in sourcing efforts.

• Monitor candidate and pipeline activities using the Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Assess and report on sourcing metrics, achieving daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.

• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing, technical roles, sales, customer service, account management, business development, lead generation, or equivalent practical or research experience.

• Proven experience in a metrics-driven or data-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with advanced talent search techniques, including Boolean search.

• Proficient in utilizing sourcing tools, such as applicant tracking systems.

• Experience with online niche resources.

• Ability to provide insights based on data and reporting.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage workloads effectively.

• Knowledge of social media and technology for research and recruitment outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.

• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred but not mandatory.
