This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Develop and implement a sales strategy aimed at enhancing revenue growth for Jira Service Management in the Japanese market.
• Establish and execute a clear vision for your designated territory.
• Regularly plan and communicate on funnel, account, and territory status.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention.
• Represent Jira Service Management at industry-related events and conferences.
• Provide precise sales forecasts and reports to the senior management team based in Japan.
• Maintain close and transparent collaboration with Atlassian partner management and partners.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets with technology vendors.
• Background in the IT industry.
• Knowledge of IT service management or other service management solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to forge strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
• Comfortable making independent decisions to drive go-to-market campaigns in collaboration with other Atlassian teams and channel partners in the Japanese market.
• Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
• Business-level English proficiency is preferred.
