Solutions & Project Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Assist in the transition from outdated systems and infrastructure.

• Play a key role in integration projects that involve customers, vendors, international agents, and business partners.

• Aid in the implementation and optimization of platforms like CargoWise and other critical business systems.

• Collect requirements from stakeholders and convert business needs into actionable project plans.

• Oversee project timelines, milestones, testing activities, and the execution of go-live phases.

• Enhance communication among business teams, technology teams, vendors, customers, and leadership.

• Contribute to solution design, process enhancement, automation, and digital transformation efforts.

• Support testing, implementation, deployment, and production rollout tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-7+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Solutions Analysis, Integrations, Process Improvement, or similar roles.

• Proven experience in supporting software implementations, systems integrations, digital transformation projects, or business process enhancement initiatives.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Proficient in gathering requirements, facilitating testing, managing timelines, and driving projects to successful completion.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities concurrently in a dynamic environment.

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and the capability to work independently.
