This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Solutions Partners.
• Oversee the evaluation of partner capabilities, delivery maturity, and available resources.
• Ensure that partners have an adequate number of certified consultants and technical capacity.
• Conduct regular capability assessments and create improvement plans for partners as necessary.
• Lead the onboarding process for new implementation partners, including due diligence and contract signing.
• Organize partner training and certification initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with implementation playbooks, best practices, and delivery frameworks.
• Supervise partner-led implementations to guarantee adherence to methodology, quality standards, and timelines.
• Engage in project kick-offs, milestone assessments, and governance checkpoints.
• Verify partner deliverables such as configurations, integration setups, and testing documentation.
• Handle escalations and collaborate with internal Technical, Support, and Product teams for resolutions.
• Maintain oversight of the entire portfolio of partner-led projects.
• Identify and highlight opportunities for cross-selling other Tether products or services offered by Tether portfolio companies when applicable.
• Monitor delivery risks, resource gaps, and escalations throughout the partner ecosystem.
• Ensure that partners receive the necessary Technical support during their implementations.
• Track KPIs such as project success rates, CSAT, and partner delivery quality.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews for partners.
• Define corrective action plans or impose temporary delivery restrictions when necessary.
• Manage re-certification cycles and partner tiers.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Delivery, Support, Product, and Training teams.
• Ensure seamless transitions between sales-to-delivery and delivery-to-support phases.
• Provide feedback from partner projects to internal teams to enhance product quality and implementation processes.
• Oversee partner renewal, re-certification, and, if needed, offboarding.
• Maintain records for partners, capability matrices, and project performance logs.
• 4–8 years of experience in Partner Management, Delivery Management, Professional Services, or Project Governance roles.
• Proven experience working with implementation partners, system integrators, or consulting firms.
• Strong comprehension of software/IT implementation processes including integration, configuration, change management, UAT, and go-live.
• Ability to collaborate with top-tier technical and business teams across various regions.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, AI, blockchain, digital content platforms, or enterprise open-source software.
• Previous involvement with partner-led delivery models or certification programs.
• Familiarity with partner governance tools, PMO frameworks, and quality assurance processes.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
