Solutions Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for intricate implementation projects involving major clients.

• Oversee the implementation of the Course Planner product from initiation to completion.

• Collaborate closely with each customer’s Customer Success Manager.

• Manage a varied portfolio of clients, including school districts of varying sizes and locations.

• Comprehend data dependencies and assist in resolving data-related issues.

• Troubleshoot and coordinate data integration efforts with clients and CSMs.

• Grasp customer requirements, unique circumstances, and use cases, then identify and implement effective solutions.

• Interact with customers to maintain project momentum, secure buy-in, and enhance adoption.

• Identify and document process and product challenges, along with opportunities for improvement.

• Support the product team in quality assurance and product enhancement efforts.

• Promote adoption and usage throughout the implementation phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent project management abilities (understanding task dependencies/sequences and task management).

• Strong stakeholder management skills.

• Over 5 years of experience as an implementation specialist or in a similar position within a B2B SaaS environment.

• Proficient in working with data feeds, which includes reviewing data files, identifying issues, and executing various data actions (think large-scale spreadsheet manipulation).

• Familiarity with scripting (Python, etc.) and JSON data is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Confident in presenting to district stakeholders.

• Clear and effective communicator; capable of simplifying product and engineering terminology into straightforward customer communications.

• Maintains a positive demeanor and the ability to remain optimistic during high-pressure situations.

• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

• Skilled at locating the right information when necessary.
