This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

• Complete comprehensive product training to gain an in-depth understanding of SailPoint SaaS and/or Software solutions.

• Act as the technical lead for customer projects.

• Collect business use cases from customers and document product-related requirements along with proposed solution designs.

• Provide education to customers and partners regarding high-level product architecture, functional design, and industry best practices.

• Assist in defining the scope, analyzing, and documenting implementation projects.

• Create and deliver technical training sessions for SailPoint implementation partners.

• Support implementation team members in devising innovative solutions for complex challenges.

• Aid in technical delivery through coding or intricate configurations.

• Advance towards becoming a technical and consultative expert, serving as a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and junior team members.

• 7–10+ years of professional experience in an enterprise software organization, systems integrator, or consulting firm.

• 5+ years of practical experience with SailPoint, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and enterprise software implementations.

• Background in software development, implementation, and configuration.

• Exceptional communication skills and substantial experience engaging directly with clients and partners.

• Strong consultative experience in customer-facing roles.

• Proficiency with XML, SPML/SOAP, and web/application servers.

• Familiarity with Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms.

• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, and MySQL.

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases including MongoDB, Cassandra, and Redis.

• Experience with directory services such as LDAP and Active Directory (AD).

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, and Node.js.

• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning or service management systems like SAP, PeopleSoft, and ServiceNow.

• Experience with cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Front-end language proficiency including HTML, CSS, Angular, React, and Vue.js.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
