Solutions Engineering Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in building relationships with customers and partners by showcasing the benefits that our radar products provide for their applications and solutions.

• Aid in the integration of Echodyne’s solutions with third-party integrators, including Command and Control (C2) platforms, Video Management Systems (VMS), and autonomous systems.

• Oversee installation planning and integrations, implement deployment configurations and system optimizations, and deliver continuous technical support and troubleshooting.

• Engage in post-demo data analysis and the creation of reports.

• Contribute to the expansion of Echodyne’s customer and partner networks by producing and updating training materials, such as application notes and user manuals.

• Enhance Echodyne’s products by consistently gathering customer feedback and collaborating with product managers and engineers.

• Travel may be required up to 50% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting field-deployed sensors/hardware.

• At least 3 years of experience in a technical role that carries sales quotas (either pre or post-sales).

• Over 2 years of experience working with software APIs.

• Demonstrated ability to learn about a technical product and effectively communicate its value to prospective customers.

• An entrepreneurial mindset along with a strong customer-centric approach.

• Must possess personal integrity, reliability, and respect while representing Echodyne.

• Capable of multitasking, working independently, prioritizing assignments, adhering to engagement rules, and following established policies and procedures.

• Resilient, with a positive demeanor, complemented by strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up and decision-making capabilities.

• Must be physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving equipment, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
