Solutions Engineering Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Extract, manipulate, and compile data from various sources for analysis.

• Design and develop client-facing tools and maps for both ongoing and prospective accounts.

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical methods, and provide continuous reporting.

• Review generated data with critical thinking and validate it against external sources.

• Create customized reports to fulfill the needs and interests of existing and potential customers.

• Collaborate closely with different business teams in the United States to prioritize and facilitate decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Data Analyst.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R, JavaScript).

• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, and Power BI.

• Experience with Google Spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and/or Numbers.

• Exceptional communication skills in fluent English (both written and spoken).

• Strong storytelling ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations.

• Quick learner with a proactive, can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative and critical thinking abilities.

• A collaborative team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a good business sense.

• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines and pressure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Industry & Management, or a related field.
