Solutions Engineering Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Extract, manipulate, and compile data from various sources for analytical purposes.

• Design and develop client-facing tools and maps for ongoing and prospective accounts.

• Analyze data and interpret results using statistical methods, providing continuous reports.

• Evaluate generated data critically and validate it with external sources.

• Create custom reports to fulfill the needs and interests of existing and potential customers.

• Collaborate closely with various business teams in the United States to prioritize and facilitate decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a Data Analyst.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, R, JavaScript, etc.).

• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, Power BI, etc.

• Experience with Google Spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and/or Numbers.

• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal.

• A compelling storyteller who can effectively convey insights and recommendations.

• Quick to learn, with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong creative and critical thinking abilities.

• A team-oriented individual with robust analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by business acumen.

• Capability to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines and pressure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Industry & Management, or an equivalent field.
