Solutions Engineer, Wireless

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Assist sales teams focused on small and medium businesses in the market to enhance solution adoption and foster customer engagement.

• Engage in customer meetings to deliver technical consultation and guidance on solutions.

• Conduct analysis and review of wireless network coverage to optimize customer solutions.

• Support the processing of in-building coverage requests to enhance network accessibility.

• Maintain a high level of expertise in wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to bolster sales initiatives.

• Also accountable for additional duties or projects as assigned by business management as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of relevant work experience OR an advanced degree with 1 year of relevant work experience OR a combination of education and experience considered equivalent.

• Preferred areas of study encompass Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

• 4-7 years of experience in telecommunications, IT administration, or network engineering roles, demonstrating a successful track record in solution sales and managing internal/external relationships in a matrixed environment (Preferred).

• Experience in supporting Small Medium Business accounts (Preferred).

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
