This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with customers and Splunk teams to ensure enduring success and growth within Splunk’s client base.
• Cultivate and sustain an in-depth understanding of Splunk’s offerings, use cases, and their relevance to customer challenges and goals.
• Take ownership of Splunk’s offerings, managing the technical engagement and customer experience thoroughly within your accounts.
• Lead the Solutions Architect initiatives for presenting Splunk’s advanced solutions to broaden application and use cases.
• Implement Splunk’s foundational solutions, which include hybrid/cloud, security, and observability, within the customer’s environment.
• Over 4 years of relevant experience in selling and delivering enterprise software solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid settings.
• Proven experience in working with or recommending the SaaS delivery model.
• Capability to develop, lead, and refine a customer technical account strategy, engaging a broad ecosystem of supporting resources to achieve the customer’s anticipated business results.
• Previous experience with public cloud infrastructure and a solid understanding of cloud economics (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
• Willingness to travel for meetings with prospects and customers within the region.
• Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity and/or observability is highly preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities—both written and verbal—along with the capacity to effectively guide others in a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Proficient presentation skills and expertise in using data to convey a narrative or issue in a Tell-Show-Tell format.
• Excellent time management abilities and adaptability to shifting priorities, with a commitment to both the customer and your team.
