Solutions Engineer – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver impactful product demonstrations to potential clients.

• Facilitate client workshops for data collection and process analysis.

• Actively listen to identify customer challenges.

• Customize LogicGate's no-code platform for tailored demonstrations.

• Cultivate relationships with potential clients.

• Organize webinars and support content development.

• Offer insights and feedback to the Product team.

• Work in tandem with Customer Success and Implementation Management teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in GRC, Cyber Risk, or related sectors as a Solutions Engineer, Consultant, or Practitioner.

• Proven experience in customizing and delivering software demonstrations or client-facing presentations.

• A strong curiosity and eagerness to comprehend our customers' challenges.

• Capability to juggle multiple projects and engagements concurrently.

• A commitment to collaborating within a team focused on acquiring new business and expanding existing customer accounts.

• Nice to Have: Experience in selling, implementing, or managing GRC SaaS platforms.

• Active engagement or utilization of generative AI tools (such as LLMs or technical document automation assistants) to enhance workflows.

• Practical experience with LogicGate’s Risk Cloud.
