Solutions Engineer, Salesforce Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technology liaison for designated business functions.

• Assess business needs and convert them into functional solutions.

• Review available options within the organization's technology framework and suggest the most suitable approach.

• Create solution proposals and discuss them with the CTO for validation, prioritization, or architectural insights when necessary.

• Configure, develop, test, and implement solutions within supported enterprise applications.

• Work alongside other Solution Engineers to maintain consistency across business processes and systems.

• Collaborate with the Software Development Team when requirements exceed the capabilities of enterprise platforms and necessitate custom software development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with Salesforce, including hands-on configuration, workflows, and automation.

• More than 2 years of experience in roles such as Solution Engineer, Business Systems, Solution Architect, or a similar technology-focused position interacting with business.

• Capability to convert business needs into viable technical solutions.

• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined methodology for implementing system changes, adhering to established processes and best practices.

• Self-driven and adept at working autonomously in a remote-first setting.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) are highly preferred.

• Experience with HubSpot, NetSuite, or other enterprise business applications is advantageous.
