Salesforce Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable technical advisor across business, product, and engineering domains, ensuring that proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with platform capabilities and long-term architectural strategies.

• Take ownership of and enforce enterprise-level solution standards, technical architecture governance, and best practices across various production environments.

• Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements sessions with business stakeholders to identify challenges, map processes, and determine the appropriate Salesforce capabilities to address them.

• Manage end-to-end solution design for various initiatives, producing fit-gap analyses, solution blueprints, and functional architecture documentation.

• Evaluate and recommend the optimal mix of Salesforce-native capabilities, AppExchange products, and third-party tools, considering trade-offs in cost, scalability, and strategic alignment to inform platform decisions.

• Design integration strategies between Salesforce, MuleSoft, and enterprise systems, collaborating with integration engineers to ensure alignment on patterns and constraints.

• Establish and uphold solution design standards and documentation practices that elevate the quality benchmarks across the CoE.

• Drive cross-cloud solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Analyze and architect Salesforce-native AI capabilities (Agentforce, Headless AI, MCP) as well as broader industry AI platforms, ensuring consistency and scalability while collaborating with enterprise AI teams to align on standards and strategies.

• Guide team members in solution design thinking and Salesforce platform capabilities.

• Keep abreast of the Salesforce product roadmap and proactively suggest platform capabilities that meet evolving business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in a Salesforce Solutions Architect, Principal Consultant, or senior advisory role focused on delivering enterprise-scale implementations.

• More than 6 years of Salesforce practitioner experience with a strong hands-on background across core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) in complex, multi-cloud settings.

• Proven ability to lead discovery and solution engagements, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.

• Capability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives and clearly communicate trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Extensive experience with integration architecture and middleware patterns to design effective solutions and collaborate efficiently with integration engineers.

• Practical experience in designing and building AI solutions with Salesforce or other platforms, possessing the technical expertise to evaluate emerging tools and business needs.

• Strong experience with Service Cloud.

• Significant implementation experience with Data 360 (Data Cloud).

• Salesforce Application and/or System Architect certifications.
