Director – Salesforce Delivery Lead

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the successful delivery and commercial outcomes of your portfolio, ensuring that projects comply with internal standards while maintaining a sustainable risk profile.

• Partner with Client Account Leads on account strategy, recognizing opportunities to enhance current engagements by collaboratively creating value with your clients.

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of consultants, focusing on their professional development and career advancement alongside the pursuit of delivery excellence.

• Oversee precise resource and financial forecasts for your portfolio, proactively identifying utilization risks before they adversely affect the business.

• Establish and uphold a careful balance between client priorities, CCC business strategy, and the well-being and quality-of-life needs of our team members.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of firm-approved, AI-driven solutions for clients, ensuring compliance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.

• Stay abreast of emerging AI tools and techniques, collaborating with firm leadership to pinpoint compliant opportunities that enhance client solutions and internal processes.

• Collaborate across delivery functions—including Architects, Developers, and Resource Operations—to ensure our teams are positioned for success every day.

• Supervise client accounts, projects, and engagements, managing work plans, staffing, timelines, fee negotiations, and budgets throughout all lifecycle phases, which includes strategy, goal setting, deliverables, and maintaining an integrated project plan.

• Spearhead business development initiatives and market a full range of services to potential clients, leveraging existing relationships to create new opportunities.

• Formulate timely resolutions to challenges, mitigate risks, and resolve conflicts within project teams.

• Develop delivery methodologies and new service offerings.

• Manage teams and personnel by monitoring and directing performance against objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in implementing Salesforce, configuring Salesforce, leading Salesforce optimization initiatives, and delivering Salesforce managed services.

• Experience encompassing all facets, from planning and delegation to process flow discovery, functional/technical design, training, testing, go-live support, and project management.

• Demonstrated ability to identify new growth and shared revenue opportunities by collaborating with sales leadership to drive new business, strengthen existing relationships, and boost bookings.

• Comfort with AI: Proven capability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and foster innovation.

• Continuous Learning Mindset: Willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies such as AI and automation in accordance with firm policies and client standards.

• A strong dedication to mentoring and leading teams while effectively implementing new ideas and initiatives.

• Willingness to travel up to 30%, with travel varying based on client preferences.
